Description:

This home had leaks everywhere in the stucco. We removed the stucco, removed mold, infested plywood and wet insulation. Reinstalled new plywood and insulation. Covered the whole house with Protective house and window wrap.  Then did the siding job with Pre-painted Smart Side vertical board and batten siding and trim.  Also removed old deck and rebuilt it using composite materials and vinyl railing. Took a window out of a bedroom and added a french door that goes out onto a new deck/balcony that we built.

Description:

This home is one of my favorites. Recovered with Structure insulated siding. Custom made dental molding to separate levels. Victorian Fypon trim. Hand railing and porch brackets. New non-functional windows on South side to give the house a more pleasing look on that wall (see pictures). Window Balcony custom built above garage.

Description:

Description:

This particular home already had the soffit and fascia completed. We first installed 3/4 inch insulation. Then vinyl siding (vertical, horizontal and shake shingle) and custom window frame wraps. We also covered the front porch posts with Smart Side siding and trim. Homeowners were very pleased. A few months later the Orgils called us from down the road and wanted thier home done as well. Reddingtons gave us a great reference.
